What is LIVANA?
LIVANA is a Belgian design brand for lamps and interior
decoration. Each piece is 3D-printed and made to order
in our workshop in Mechelen, Belgium.

All LIVANA products are designed and made to order
in our workshop in Mechelen, Belgium.

What is 3D printing?
At LIVANA, we use 3D printing technology to bring our designs
to life. This allows us to create complex shapes with minimal
material waste.

What material do you use?
LIVANA prints in plant-based biopolymer — strong, heat-resistant, and carefully chosen for its sustainability.

Can I personalize my lamp?
Yes. The MIO™ lamps can be personalized with a name
of up to 12 characters, laser-engraved on the lampshade.

Are the lamps wireless?
Yes. All MIO™ lamps are wireless and rechargeable via USB-C.
The battery lasts up to 8 hours on a single charge.

Can I dim the lamp?
Yes. All MIO™ lamps are dimmable, have adjustable
color temperature, RGB, and come with a remote control.

In what colors are the lamps available?
The MIO™ collection is available in 5 colors: Moss Green,
Dusk Blue, Ember Red, Desert Sand, and Slate Grey.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery in Belgium takes 3-5 business days. You will receive a
tracking link by email.

Can I return a lamp?
Yes, within 14 days of receipt. Personalized lamps
cannot be returned.

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping in Belgium/NL: €6 (free from €85).
EU: €15 (free from €125).
