At Livana, we do everything we can to provide you with a great experience. Are you not 100% satisfied with your purchase? You can return your order within 14 days.
Return conditions
To accept a return, the product must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In its original packaging
- Provided with all labels and accessories
- Registered within 14 days of receipt
Personalized products cannot be returned unless they are defective.
How to request a return?
- Send an email to support@livana.be with the subject "Return order number"
- State your name, order number, and reason for return
- We will confirm your return request within 1 business day

Return costs
Return costs are at the customer's expense. We recommend sending the package by registered mail. Livana is not responsible for lost return packages.
Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 5 business days via the original payment method.
Please note: original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Received a defective or incorrect product?
Have you received a defective or incorrect product? Please contact us within 48 hours at support@livana.be with photos. In this case, we will bear the return costs and ensure a quick solution.
