Refund policy

In short:
- Register your return within 14 days of receipt. You then have 7 days to ship the package.
- Items must be undamaged, unused, and preferably in their original packaging.
- Return shipping costs and risks are the responsibility of the customer.
- Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned.
How to register a return:
1. Contact us: Email support@livana.be with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Prepare your package: Ensure products are clean, complete, and undamaged.
3. Ship to our warehouse:

Please include support@livana.be for track & trace notifications. Keep your shipping receipt until the return is processed.
Refunds:
Once received, we process returns within 7 days. If approved, the refund will be issued via the original payment method. Bank processing may take up to 5 business days; credit card processing may take longer.
Exceptions:
Items that are custom-made or personalized (such as laser-engraved lamps) are not eligible for return or refund.
